Brief Description:

The SEED is a community food project of the Guelph Community Health Centre. About 23% of households in Guelph are food insecure. The SEED's goal is to change that by offering programs and services that tackle the root causes of poverty. We are supported by hundreds of amazing community members and by many partner organizations.

About The SEED's Warehouse and Delivery work:

The SEED Community Food Warehouse supports many community organizations. We receive and store a combination of orders placed through SEED Wholesale and the surplus food we actively seek out. We then deliver to many organizations, or hold it for others to pick up. The intention of this work is to increase the amount of food partner agencies are able to offer their guests.
