As an Automobile Claims Adjuster, you will play a key role in supporting policyholders throughout every stage of the claims process.
The Assistance and Claims Vice‑Presidency is recognized for the priority it places on customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of its processes. On the front line, you will directly help deliver a claims‑settlement experience that is humane, thorough, and positive. The Assistance and Claims team, bringing together Prysm and iAAH, is currently seeking candidates to join its team of automobile claims experts.

What you'll accomplish with us
As an Automobile Claims Expert , you will be at the heart of our mission. The main responsibilities include:
Responding to inbound calls related to new claims and follow‑ups on existing files, representing approximately 50% of daily work time, in a call‑center environment.
Analyzing, processing, and following up on automobile claims files, including managing received documents, evaluating information, and taking the required actions.
Making outbound calls to insured clients and involved parties in order to obtain, validate, or clarify the information necessary for processing files.
Working closely within a processing team composed of approximately 15 experts responsible for a shared pool of files, contributing to the completion of assigned tasks during dedicated periods.
Actively participating in call handling for all teams during scheduled periods, in order to ensure efficient and consistent service for the entire clientele.

Has relevant education, either a high school diploma (DES) combined with a minimum of three years of work experience, a completed college diploma (DEC), or a university degree.
Holding a claims adjuster licence issued by the AMF will be considered an asset.
Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role requires handling phone calls from an French‑speaking clientele on a daily basis.
