We are currently seeking a Return Coordinator . This newly created role is focused on supporting the coordinated, behind-the-scenes processes that ensure product returns are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards. This role involves coordinating the return process, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

What you will be doing

The Return Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end return process by reviewing and approving return requests, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely product returns. This role is responsible for maintaining detailed return records, analyzing return trends to identify improvement opportunities, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to support inventory accuracy, and working cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and quality teams to resolve recurring issues and support continuous process improvement

Return Process Management:

  • Receive and process return requests from internal stakeholders (SMCL, CSSR, PSSR, shop planners, etc...)
  • Verify eligibility of returns according to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide instructions for returning items.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of returned products, reasons, and resolutions.
  • Generate and analyze return reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Inventory Coordination:

  • Collaborate with warehouse personal to ensure returned items are inspected for damage or defects.
  • Ensure proper restocking or disposal of returned products.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory adjustments

Policy Enforcement:

  • Ensure compliance with company return policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on policy improvements based on return trends and customer feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, customer service, and quality assurance teams to address recurring issues.
  • Assist in training staff on return processes as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Wearing the required PPE assigned for each location.

Required Education/ Experience

  •  Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in return processing, customer support, or inventory coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
