Service Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Work safely while following all company policies and guidelines
• Dispatch, and coordinate a group of technicians using HTS software and other web-based systems
• Enter and manage daily work orders, ensuring required information is complete (site contacts, job details, etc.)
• Process and manage technician reports
• Process service recommendations and required follow-ups
• Provide ongoing support to technicians, including:
• Job information and scheduling updates
• Required materials follow-ups
• Address verification and alternate site contacts
• Contractor information and review of previous visit findings
• Manage parts (including warranty, inventory, shipping/receiving and tracking)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• High level of commitment to customer service
• Minimum 2 years of related experience 
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dispatching software quickly
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on contributing to team success
• Scheduling & prioritization skills (especially if technicians cover large territories or emergency calls)
• Strong time-management skills

Salary Range: $55-$65k
