We're growing our Wealth Management team and looking for someone ambitious to come in as an Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

You don't need recruitment experience. What matters is drive, resilience, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.

• Clear progression - plenty of examples of people starting in this role and going on to run desks or bill six figures
• Ongoing training and hands-on support from experienced consultants

• Supporting experienced Consultants across the full recruitment process
• Sourcing and speaking with candidates, engaging with clients, and helping manage live roles
• Learning the Wealth Management market - IFAs, Paraplanners, Compliance professionals and more
• Building your own market knowledge and gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop

• Someone motivated with something to prove
• Confident on the phone and comfortable building relationships
• Organised, proactive, and willing to roll their sleeves up
• Comfortable working towards targets and performance goals
