- Review the Legacy and Tactical cleaning packs to ensure that the correct work is completed and provide alternative solutions as required
- Review contractor performance against targets, identify trends in good and poor performance and share best practices.
- Develop solutions to address poor performance and ensure that the processes support excellent delivery of the programme
- Work with the Operations Data - Capacity and Insights team to ensure that the Tactical and Legacy programmes meet our requirements and support delivery of the programmes
- Work with the Office Specialist (OTS) team to raise relevant follow-on work for defects found within the Planned Maintenance programme
- Support the wider Planned Maintenance team members where required to deliver the planned cleaning programmes
- Provide technical support for stakeholders on all aspects of the Planned Maintenance programme, including but not limited to requests for information, additions to the programme and guidance on best practice
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to the Performance Manager, Maintenance and Data Quality, and other senior Managers as required
- Ensure that all people and HR processes are adhered to and support the Team to adhere to the same processes, also ensuring that regular performance and personal development meetings are held
- Excellent Waste Network Technical Knowledge

- Good data analysis skills with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Evidence of working within a team to deliver excellent results
- Offering a salary up to £49,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
