Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Project Support Specialist for a 3-4-month onsite contract in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with advanced Excel skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can confidently manage data, analytics support, and quality control tasks. Key Responsibilities
Pull and analyze data from Excel to support business initiatives Create and maintain spreadsheets, including pivot tables and reporting dashboards Assist with basic analytics and data interpretation Perform quality control and proofing to ensure high levels of accuracy Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines and proactively flagging issues Communicate clearly with leadership regarding updates, risks, and needs Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong data management and proofing skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience creating pivot tables and managing large datasets Clear, confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and escalating concerns when appropriate Highly organized and self-directed Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional written and verbal communication skill Must pass a satisfactory standard criminal background check upon hire.
