Supplier Quality Engineer - Manufacturing IndustryAs part of strengthening its supplier quality activities, our client, a Swiss industrial company active in demanding environments (aerospace, nuclear, etc.), is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the compliance and performance of its supplier panel.Responsibilities- Ensure the quality and compliance of suppliers throughout the product lifecycle- Conduct supplier quality audits (Project, process, products)- Manage supplier non-conformities and follow up on corrective action plans- Evaluate, qualify and support suppliers in a continuous improvement process- Verify compliance with applicable quality standards (EN, ISO) directly on suppliers' sites (regular travel)- Collaborate closely with quality, engineering, supply chain, and production teamsProfile- Engineer or technically qualified in quality- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality in a demanding industrial environment (aerospace, nuclear, defense or equivalent)- Experience in supplier audits- Good understanding of aerospace and nuclear quality standards (EN, ISO)- Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, NCR, CAPA, FMEA, process and system audits- Professional English requiredEnvironment- Industrial environment with high quality requirements- Exposure with travel to suppliers- Position based in French-speaking Switzerland jid7a1d63caen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
