Second Chef Introduction Côté Green Sàrl, the restaurant of the Green Club in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, is looking for a Second Chef to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for cooking and are ready to work in a sporty and stimulating environment, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Follow the recipes of the head chef Assist the head chef in meal preparation Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques Ability to work in a team and under pressure Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Hours and holidays Restaurant open 7 days a week / 42 hours a week (hours to be defined) Two days off per week (to be determined) Benefits Shared tips between the dining room and the kitchen A stimulating and dynamic work environment Meals provided on site Gym for employees Others Vehicle preferred (work location 15 minutes walk from the transport) To apply, please submit your CV and a letter detailing your experience and relevant skills for the position.
