As a Residential Remodeling Project Manager for our Design/Build business unit, you will take ownership of multiple residential remodeling projects, from initial planning to final walkthrough. Working closely with designers, field staff, and clients you will ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations. Your leadership will set the tone for site coordination, quality control, and client satisfaction across projects ranging from $25K to $750K.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned remodeling projects from planning through closeout
- Allocate labor and trade contractor resources effectively to maintain the budget and schedule
- Supervise on-site personnel; lead weekly site meetings and maintain clear communication with teams
- Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, and municipal officals in NH and MA
- Pull building permits and ensure compliance with all local codes
- Estimate and prepare change orders; track project costs and variances
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress updates, and client communication
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site
- 10 or more years of Residential Construction experience (Design/Build remodeling required)
- 3 or more years of Residential Remodeling Project Management experience
- Ability to oversee and manage up to 4 active projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and construction management software (JobTread knowledge a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications accurately
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and client relationship abilities
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized under pressure
- Pay: $85,000 to $100,000/year (based on experience)
- Steady, full-time, year-round work (W-2 Employee)
- Expected work schedule of 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday
