ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will play a pivotal role in assessing existing and potential Dell customers, defining their product needs, and executing sales strategies. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships between our business area, regional teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:Identify, recruit, and grow partners: Work closely with Arrow Account Managers and Account Directors to pinpoint key reseller partners with high sales potential.
Empower partners: Equip partners with the necessary tools to maximize their sales potential.
Execute business plans: Collaborate with channel partners to implement successful business strategies.
Build relationships: Maintain strong connections within the vendor and channel customer base.
Engage new partners: Identify and enable new partners to drive incremental sales.
Initiate marketing campaigns: Launch campaigns to help partners discover new leads.
Forecast opportunities: Provide regular and accurate forecasts for both short- and long-term deals.
Enable through training: Deliver regular sales training, both in-person and via webinars, and facilitate technical training sessions.
Experienced Sales Professional: You have a proven track record in Outside Business Development & IT Sales, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Data Center Solutions Knowledge: Previous experience in selling Data Center solutions is a plus.
Presentation Skills: You can prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Team Player: You thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
