Night Youth Support Worker

As a Night Support Worker, you will be part of our Lancashire Young People Supported Accommodation services, assisting 18 young people (aged 16-21) at Parker House and The Bridge in Chorley. Your primary focus will be to:

• Provide security, peace of mind, and companionship to young people during out-of-office hours.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of each young person throughout your shift.
• Offer empathy and compassion during challenging nighttime moments.
• Maintain accurate records using computer systems.
• Follow procedures for reporting missing persons when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with out-of-hours support teams.
• Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and residents.
