Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and organizational support to Relationship Managers
Prepare and process account openings, client documentation, and transactions
Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, Legal, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate processing
Assist in client correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Maintain and update client data in CRM systems
Support with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Your Profile Commercial banking apprenticeship or similar education
3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Private Banking in Switzerland
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Proactive mindset and team player with a high level of integrity and discretion
Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese are mandatory
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with banking tools and systems
