ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a highly specialised technology organisation delivering advanced electronic and digital hardware into secure and mission critical environments. Their multidisciplinary engineering teams work across communications, sensing and resilient navigation platforms. Due to continued programme growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Hardware Engineer to support new and ongoing hardware developments.

THE SENIOR DIGITAL HARDWARE ENGINEER ROLE: You will design and develop compact, high performance and power efficient digital hardware subsystems for advanced electronic platforms. You will work across the full lifecycle from requirements capture and concept through to prototype, verification and production. Work covers resilient position, navigation and timing systems, RF communications and sensor platforms, combining hands on design with technical leadership and design review input.

SENIOR DIGITAL HARDWARE ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline Digital electronic circuit and hardware design experience FPGA and processor based system design Digital and analogue and communications interfaces Hardware integration, test, debug and troubleshooting Requirements capture, simulation and verification experience Design for reliability and environmental operation Eligible and willing to achieve high level security clearance
