- Supporting students with Autism and Moderate Learning Needs
- Overseeing EHCPs, annual reviews and SEND documentation
- Working closely with teachers to develop high-quality, differentiated teaching strategies
- Monitoring student progress and ensuring appropriate interventions are in place
- Supporting staff with training, guidance and best practice in SEND
- Liaising with parents, carers and external professionals
- Contributing to whole-school improvement and inclusive practice
- Qualified Teacher Status and the appropriate SENCO qualification
- Previous experience working within a SEND or specialist setting
- Strong understanding of Autism and Moderate Learning Needs
- Experience supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, compassionate and collaborative approach
