At Engage Education, we're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work in a Secondary School within Brighton who are currently recruiting for a Maths teacher to start in March 2026 for the remainder of the academic year.

About the role:

This is a full-time, long-term role teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 students. This role would suit either an ECT/NQT or experienced teacher and the department and school has a very supportive atmosphere and a strong Maths department. The school also places great emphasis on staff wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance.

This timetable is split across two sites so the applicant would need to have a car to commute between the campuses.

About you:

• Have the ability to build strong rapport with young adults, and have experience mentoring students
• Have experience teaching Maths at KS3
• Have a background in education.
• Have a proven background of raising pupil progress
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the students that you work with
