Salary: £35,000 - £40,500Shift: Permanent Nights Monday-Thursday 19:45-06:00

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for skilled CNC Millers and CNC Turners to join their night shift team. These are permanent roles offering excellent earning potential and a stable Monday-Thursday night pattern.

The Role Working within a modern machining environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances. The positions are hands-on and suited to experienced CNC professionals who are comfortable working independently on nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, operate and adjust CNC milling or turning machines

• Read and interpret engineering drawings

• Carry out tool changes and offsets

• Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work to production targets and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Turner

• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings

• Experience with tight tolerances and quality inspection

• Night shift experience advantageous but not essential
