Job Title: Account Executive - High Net Worth

Location: Home Based - Office visits M4 Bristol - Reading

Salary: £50,000 - £75,000

About the Company:

A fast growing and newly formed brokerage who are already in the process of going directly authorised due to impressive income growth. This broker has realistic and ambitious plans in place, fantastic network and momentum and are looking for like minded entrepreneurial ambitious people to join the company who want to be apart of an exciting journey and work towards a lucrative equity share.

Role Summary:

You'll inherit a small but high-quality book of HNW business from day one, with full access to existing clients and warm leads in the pipeline. From supercars to high-value homes, you'll advise on complex private client risks while developing your own book all within a genuinely independent setup that rewards contribution with shares, bonuses, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of HNW clients: Deliver first-class service across household, motor, yacht, and other lifestyle assets

• Build a pipeline of new business: Tap into a warm network and generate your own referrals

• Help shape the private client offering: Bring ideas, contacts, and credibility to a growing division

• Drive toward equity status: If you hit income thresholds, you'll earn real ownership in the firm

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of HNW/private client risks

• Proven ability to build and retain trusted client relationships

• Commercial mindset, you're confident bringing in and converting new business

• Entrepreneurial approach, you back yourself to grow within a start-up environment
