Associate Director - Key Responsibilities Lead multiple high-end residential and mixed-use developments from pre-contract to final account Oversee and mentor cost management teams, ensuring delivery excellence Develop and maintain long-term client relationships at a senior level Drive business development and contribute to strategic planning Deliver commercial advice and risk management strategies Collaborate closely with directors on team growth, recruitment, and business initiatives
Associate Director - Candidate Requirements MRICS qualified with 7+ years' consultancy experience Proven track record delivering high-value residential or mixed-use projects in London Strong leadership and client-facing skills Experience managing teams and mentoring junior QSs A commercial mindset with a drive to grow a business unit Excellent written and verbal communication skills
