A well-regarded regional law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor to join their busy and supportive Private Client team.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of clients, handle a varied caseload, and be part of a team that values collaboration, quality, and personal development.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a positive, professional team environment.

The Role:

  • Manage a diverse Private Client caseload including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts, and both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Support business development and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and internal procedures.
  • Maintain excellent client service and foster strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-team referrals and wider business development.

About You:

  • Comfortable managing a generalist caseload independently.
  • Client-focused, proactive, and confident in your ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborative and approachable, but able to work independently when required.
  • Full driving licence preferred.

What Is On Offer:

  • 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional Christmas leave.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including part-time options and hybrid working after probation.
  • Private medical and healthcare benefits, employee assistance programme, death in service cover, pension scheme, and discounted legal services for staff and family.
  • A supportive, wellbeing-focused team culture with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who wants to take ownership of their work, develop their skills across a range of matters, and be part of a team that genuinely values professionalism, client care, and collaboration.
