Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage your own files under supervision, ensuring all legal formalities are completed accurately.
• Handle client enquiries and provide regular updates to all parties involved.
• Draft contracts, prepare legal documents, and conduct necessary property searches.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist with the exchange and completion processes of residential conveyancing matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the property department, helping to maintain efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience with case management systems is preferred but not essential.
