SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Haringey to recruit an experienced School Administrator / Receptionist . This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, professional, and highly organised individual with prior school-based admin experience and strong knowledge of Arbor .

• Acting as the first point of contact , warmly welcoming parents, pupils, and visitors

• Managing front-of-house reception duties , phone calls, emails, and enquiries

• Supporting pupils who attend the school office, offering reassurance and clear communication

• Using Arbor to manage attendance, pupil records, and administrative updates

• Providing general administrative support to the wider school team

• Ensuring safeguarding and data protection procedures are followed at all times

• Previous experience as a School Administrator or Receptionist within a school setting

• Confident and proficient using Arbor (essential)

• Friendly, professional, and approachable with a strong front-of-house presence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in schools
