*About the Opportunity:*
AnthroMed Education is seeking a *Speech-Language Pathologist* for an FMLA leave in a collaborative, student-focused school district in Dayton, MD. You’ll work alongside like-minded professionals who share your passion for helping students grow, communicate, and thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to step into a well-supported role with an established schedule, manageable caseload, and a team that values collaboration and clinician support.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to elementary students across two school sites
* Address expressive and receptive language needs, as well as pragmatic communication skills
* Support students with communication-related behavioral needs
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
*Caseload Details:*
* FMLA coverage role with an established schedule upon start
* District utilizes a weighted caseload model to support workload balance and reduce burnout
* Typical caseloads range from 20–40 students
* Students present with a variety of needs, including articulation delays, language delays, and Autism
* Access to a shared office space
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
* Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
* Experience with elementary school populations strongly preferred
* Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
