Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence, strength, and function.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance daily living skills and quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in TX
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
