The role involves detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws, as well as preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens at or near borders. Key responsibilities include:

• Detecting suspicious activity and gathering intelligence on potential violators.


• Maintaining a high level of awareness in regards to immigration policies and procedures.
