We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customs and Border Protection Officer to join our team. As a CBPO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding America's borders, enforcing customs laws, and facilitating legitimate trade.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances to determine their admissibility into the United States. You will also be responsible for preventing the illegal entry of individuals and goods into the country.

In addition to these duties, you may be required to work with other law enforcement agencies on investigations related to smuggling, human trafficking, or other illicit activities.

To qualify for this position as Customs Officer (Grade GS-9), candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least that level in federal service; OR have completed successfully all portions of an authorized CBP Entrance Exam approved by OFO/HRA.
