To qualify for the GL-5 grade level:

• You must have at least one year of general work experience demonstrating ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations, learn new methods through training, or gather concise information through questioning and observation. OR you can possess a bachelor's degree or complete four years of study leading up to it.
