To qualify for this position applicants must meet at least one of these requirements:

• a minimum of three (3) years general work experience; OR
  a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
  a combination of both successfully completed education AND general work experience.
  

• Citizenship requirement is U.S., possessing primary residency in the United States for no less than three (3) out of five preceding years;
