Community Manager

Are you a strong leader with a passion for resident satisfaction and property performance? Were looking for an experienced multi-site Community Manager to oversee operations at two of our multifamily properties (159 units total) in the Sherman Oaks / Valley Village area of Los Angeles, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.
• Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.
