Job Title:

As a Border Patrol Agent, you will play a vital role in safeguarding America's borders and promoting economic growth.

1. ​Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws. Perform thorough document inspections to verify citizenship or detect any violations.


2. Prevent illegal entry of persons and contraband by maintaining covert surveillance positions using infrared scopes at night. Develop and maintain contact with informants to gather intelligence on potential threats.


3. Analyze tracks, marks, and other physical evidence left behind by unauthorized individuals or smugglers. Interpret this information to identify patterns and sources of illicit activity.  Lead investigations to track down those responsible for these crimes, and apprehend violators when necessary.

dealing courteously with people from all walks of life regarding law enforcement matters;
