Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Management, the Program Manager, Learning & Leadership is responsible for managing and facilitating leadership development programs that build organizational capability and prepare leaders for future challenges. This role partners with People & Culture and business leaders to identify leadership needs, create impactful learning experiences, and ensure programs align with organizational strategy and culture.
Key Responsibilities Include
Learning & Leadership Program Management. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of learning and leadership development initiatives, including enterprise-wide leadership development programs, bespoke learning solutions tailored to business needs, global mentoring programs, and other integrated talent initiatives, playing a key role in building leadership capability and supporting the organization's long-term talent strategy.
The incumbent will be accountable to ensure participants have best in class learning experiences, ensuring participants feel supported before, during and after programs to maximize learning transfer.
The incumbent will oversee program timelines while tracking participation, engagement, and outcomes to evaluate impact on leadership capability and business performance, using data‑driven insights to ensure effective, sustainable delivery and ongoing program enhancement.
Support & champion leadership development across the organization and build leader commitment to a culture of continuous learning.
Facilitate and deliver learning content for a range of leadership development programs, including workshops, cohort‑based experiences, and blended learning solutions, creating inclusive and engaging environments that support leader growth and capability development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support the successful design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development and learning programs, ensuring solutions are responsive to business needs and supported by key leaders.
Do you qualify? We are seeking:
6+ years of related work experience
Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline, required.
Certification in Hogan leadership development tools (Hogan Personality Inventory & Hogan Development Survey)
Experience working with multiple global learning vendors.
A team player who enjoys building collaborative partnerships to achieve results
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish or French is considered an asset.
Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
Ability to analyze data and measure program impact.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong communication, project management and stakeholder partnership abilities
Experience curating bespoke global leadership development programs, journeys and experiences.
Highly developed understanding of methodologies and approaches for: learning, assessment and analysis of learning needs, strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, facilitation, coaching, and conflict management.
Certified coach with ICF is considered an asset.
Prosci- Change Management certification is an asset.
Certified with I4PL (CTP or CTDP) is an asset.

At Hammond Power Solutions (HPS), we provide market‑competitive compensation that reflects performance, skills, and current market conditions. For this role, the base salary range is $96,800.00 to $145,200.00, with final offers determined by experience, qualifications, and role complexity.
