About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst to join our Schooling team. The Academic Program Services Team enables excellent academic operations across Success Academy's Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The team develops and codifies simple and scalable policies, processes, and systems that enable SA to maintain academic operations excellence as we scale.
Reporting to the Lead, Schooling Data Enablement, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on schooling data.
Key Responsibilities
Data Reporting and Analysis: Create and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Google Sheets and other business intelligence tools to track key academic metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Data Systems Management: Maintain and update data systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for school leaders and network staff.
Data Enablement: Serve as a key point of contact for data-related inquiries from schools and network teams, providing support and training to help staff effectively use and interpret data.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes, proposing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with school and network teams to understand their data needs and translate those needs into clear reporting and data management solutions.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or data reporting role.
High level of proficiency with Google Sheets and experience with a business intelligence platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to a non-technical audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver timely solutions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.
Compensation Range
$70,000—$80,000 USD
