What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
Reporting into the Regional Director of Operations this is a full time permanent position working hours 11 PM to 7 AM with some need for flexibility to work weekends which will depend on the event schedule.
Responsible for all overnight operational activity in the assigned region, under the leadership of the Senior Director of Operations.
Coordinate with the daytime Account Manager in the region with any issues or concerns.
Oversee completion and appropriate department filing of all company reports, accidents, incidents, damage etc.
Provide direction and supervision to Owner Operators and/ or Hourly Employees as needed.
Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing training to Owner Operators and/or Hourly Employees as needed.
Travel requirements will be 80% travel locally (daily travel within local city/ area) and up to 20% travel within larger region.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Minimum 2-3 years management/ leadership experience with direct reports.
Subject matter expert in commercial cleaning.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with demonstrated dependability and problem solving.
Flexibility in work hours needed
Intermediate computer skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
