Role Description
We are seeking a User Experience Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. The selected individual will be responsible for conducting user research, developing user-centered design strategies, creating wireframes and prototypes, and delivering polished visual design solutions. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences and ensure design consistency throughout our brand offerings.
Qualifications
Proficiency in User Research and Design Thinking methodologies.
Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping techniques.
Proven expertise in Visual Design and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in branding or a related field is a plus.
Post-secondary education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is preferred.
