Make your mark while you grow your career Are you an energetic Office Project Coordinator with excellent communication skills? Reporting to the Lead, Office Facilities, the Office Project Coordinator will be directly responsible for renovation and office construction projects associated with Corporate Services. This will include maintaining positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job location: Calgary, AB
Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts
Safety sensitive position: No
Application deadline: February 19, 2026
Please note: This is a temporary 1-year contract position.
Key Accountabilities
Design, plan and coordinate office construction/renovations in Calgary and Field as required
Plan and coordinate major facility repairs
Manage preventative maintenance program for Calgary and Field, as well as projects from small renovations to large construction projects
Project coordination including budget tracking, schedules, change order management, logistics and deficiencies
Create, maintain and update architectural drawings, as-built drawings, and detail drawings utilizing AutoCAD
Define, document, and maintain design criteria documentation, office finishes and AutoCAD file standards
Assist with other Corporate Services projects as requested
What You Bring To The Role
A minimum of two years experience working in Facilities or Interior Design
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design would be an asset
Demonstrated project and time management and able to work independently and/or in a team environment
Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD required
Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and prioritize workload
Knowledge of building codes and standards, planning, estimating and budgeting
Drive and deliver timely results based on assigned objectives and work commitments
Demonstrate initiative, reliability and integrity with minimal supervision on a daily basis
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
