Title: Senior Analyst, Planning and Reporting
Salary: $88,948 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term – until March 31, 2027
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location: office location (Metro Vancouver) – on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy).
About The Role
As the Senior Analyst, Planning and Reporting, you will provide support to planning and the development, review and implementation of strategic planning, reporting and performance measurement functions and practices. You will review and analyze departmental and regional reports. As well as you will support the development of senior executive planning and priority-setting meetings. Additionally, you will build effective working partnerships with managers, staff, and partners. In addition to you will provide supervision as appropriate for assigned projects, contracts, and staff and students.
About You
Education
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's degree is an asset
Experience
5 – 7 years of recent, relevant, and progressive experience in performance management, planning and reporting
Experience producing planning and reporting products in a provincial office and/or corporate setting
Experience with SharePoint and/or online reporting an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
