Role Description
This is a full-time contract remote role for a Senior Frontend Developer, located anywhere. The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features for web applications (such as ). Responsibilities include implementing responsive and intuitive interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices, completing UX research and improvements, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves staying updated on the latest advancements in web development to contribute to innovation within our team.
The position will likely involve some full-stack work and understanding, but is primarily focused on the front-end.
You will be a lead developer on most projects.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Front-End Development, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including React and Vue.
Experience in Back-End Web Development and Web Development principles that integrate with front-end technologies
Proven background in Software Development with an emphasis on building high-quality, scalable code
Familiarity with version control systems (git), debugging skills, and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Experience working in a startup is a plus.
Experience or interest in web3 is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not strictly necessary.
