JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to LookSecure's General Director, your mandate will be to help achieve your business unit's objectives by canvassing new external clients. You will achieve this by establishing and maintaining partnerships based on relationships of trust with customers in your territory.

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and autonomous individual, capable of building trust-based relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. You are an exceptional communicator with a professional approach to negotiations and a strong ability to work independently. Your initiative and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage a territory and maximize sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Put into practice established sales strategies to identify and analyze sales opportunities
Promote products and services
Establish, renew and negotiate product and service contracts with customers
Schedule meetings, in particular by making cold calls, which will allow you to have a schedule divided between preparation time and client meetings
Analyze sales efforts and monthly results to derive strategic action plans
Respect the health and safety measures put in place
Perform the necessary activities in accordance with established policies, work procedures, training, norms and standards
Assist your supervisor and colleagues in carrying out all of their activities, when required
Perform all other related tasks and in other departments as required

Excellent communicator, both written and oral, in French and English
QUALIFICATIONS
Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales in a similar role
A university and/or college degree or equivalent experience
Experience in optics and/or industrial sales is a plus
Experience managing major accounts and a large territory
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Knowledge of CRM software is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
