Über
Shuffle Club Co is a fast-growing consumer brand that designs and sells beautifully themed playing cards and posters. Our decks span a wide range of themes — Western, Golf, Botanical, Travel, Auto, and many more — and are sold on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and in retail stores nationwide through wholesale distribution. We're scaling quickly and looking to add a talented designer to our creative team.
The Role
We're looking for a skilled graphic designer who can create stunning, print-ready playing card deck designs and complementary poster artwork. You'll be responsible for designing complete 54-card decks (faces, backs, tuck boxes) and themed poster layouts that feel cohesive, premium, and visually distinctive.
What You'll Do
Design complete themed playing card decks including card faces, card backs, tuck box packaging, and ace/joker feature cards
Create themed poster designs that complement our product catalog
Collaborate with our creative team and incorporate feedback efficiently
Prepare print-ready files to supplier specifications (CMYK, bleed, dielines, etc.)
Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh creative ideas to each new theme
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, graphic design, and/or packaging design
Experience with print production (understanding of CMYK, bleeds, dielines, and press-ready file prep)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)
Ability to develop a unique visual identity for each theme while maintaining a premium feel
Detail-oriented — playing cards require precision across 54+ individual card designs
Responsive communication and ability to meet deadlines
Playing card or tabletop game design experience is a strong plus but not required
