Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically advanced AI Video Editor / AI Content Generator who specializes in producing high-impact short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
This is not basic editing.
We need someone who understands:
Cinematic storytelling
Conversion-driven structure
Premium biotech branding
AI-assisted production workflows
Modern psychological hooks
Clean, futuristic visual identity
You must be able to analyze high-performing reference videos, extract their structure, pacing, and psychological triggers, and elevate them into unique, branded content aligned with CELLGENIC's premium biotech positioning.
Responsibilities
• Create short-form videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Analyze provided references and replicate style, pacing, storytelling architecture, and engagement patterns
• Integrate AI tools for video generation, motion graphics, avatars, automation, and enhancement
• Develop visually striking, modern, ultra-clean edits
• Incorporate dynamic transitions, cinematic sound design, and strong visual rhythm
• Design subtle but powerful technology overlays (cell markers, scientific UI animations, biotech HUD-style elements)
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets
• Optimize for retention, engagement, and performance
• Deliver on schedule with strong attention to detail
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience editing high-performance short-form social content
• Deep understanding of viral structure, hooks, audience psychology, and retention curves
• Ability to recreate editing styles from reference content while elevating them into premium branded work
• Strong storytelling instincts and pacing control
• Advanced sound design knowledge
• Experience working with AI-enhanced post-production workflows
AI Tools (Experience Required)
You should be comfortable using tools such as (or similar to):
• Runway
• Pika Labs
• HeyGen
• Synthesia
• CapCut AI tools
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (with AI integrations)
• Midjourney / Stable Diffusion
• Highfield
• Other AI motion graphics, automation, or generative video platforms
