As a specialized recruiting firm, we are hiring on behalf of our client an experienced Tech Lead who will own the technical core of a globally used AI platform.
This is not a research role and not a prototype environment You will work on a real, revenue-generating product used by millions of users and operating under extreme growth and real production pressure. Your technical decisions directly impact stability, performance, and user experience in live production.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively develop production-level code and take overall technical ownership.
- Provide technical leadership to a small senior AI team (3–4 engineers).
- Design the architecture for training, inference, and deployment of language models under high load and real-time requirements.
- Improve context handling, memory mechanisms, retrieval approaches, and response quality.
- Define and drive fine-tuning and post-training strategies.
- Build precise moderation and classification solutions for adult / NSFW content, balancing safety with model quality and user freedom.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and/or machine learning.
- Proven responsibility for AI or LLM systems serving millions of users in production.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Practical experience with fine-tuning, data preparation, and model steering.
- Comfortable working with adult / NSFW content within clearly defined technical and safety boundaries.
- Based in Europe and able to collaborate reliably within European time zones.
