Position Summary:
We're looking for a rare combo — a true full-stack operator who can take ideas from prompt to production.
Someone who builds real product end-to-end, moves fast, ships on time, and still cares about clean architecture and doing things properly. Speed matters. So does craftsmanship.
You'll work directly with the co-founders in an active build phase. Expect weekly releases, tight feedback loops, and fast iteration. We don't sit on ideas — we ship them.
Backend is Xano.
Frontend is flexible — WeWeb, React, or another modern approach — as long as it's pragmatic, scalable, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Ship real product features (frontend + Xano-backed APIs)
Build/maintain Xano database + API layer with clean data models
Support multi-tenancy foundations: tenant isolation, RBAC, auditability
Contribute to improving environments, CI/CD, and release workflows
Required Experience:
Strong full-stack experience
Backend/API confidence (REST, auth, performance, data modelling)
Xano experience preferred (or confident learning it fast)
Frontend: WeWeb or React (either is fine)
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup with high ownership
Preferred Experience:
Azure DevOps / GitHub / GitLab (repos + pipelines)
SaaS patterns (multi-tenancy, RBAC, auditing)
Observability/logging/performance monitoring
Shipped products from early build through scale
Likes puns (the worse, the better)
