# OpenClaw AI Sales System — 7-Day MVP Build on Hostinger VPS
## What This Is
We need a self-hosted AI agent (OpenClaw) that reads our CRM and email, generates 300+ prioritized sales tasks with draft emails, and lets our Founder review/approve/send them in batches — all from one Airtable queue.
This is NOT a chatbot. This is a task generation + execution engine with human-in-the-loop approval.
## The Stack (Non-Negotiable)
- **OpenClaw** — AI reasoning engine, deployed on Hostinger VPS (Docker)
- **Airtable** — Single master action queue (task review, approval, tracking)
- **Gmail / Google Workspace** — Two inboxes: assistant@ and Founder personal
- **HubSpot** — CRM source of truth (contacts, deals, activity history)
- **n8n or Make** — Automation bridge connecting everything
No alternative architecture will be accepted.
## What You're Building
**Day 1–2: Infrastructure**
- Deploy OpenClaw on Hostinger VPS (Docker)
- Connect APIs: Gmail (read/write, 2 accounts), HubSpot (read/write), Airtable
- Set up n8n/Make as the automation bridge
- Security: Tailscale, no public ports, encrypted workspace
**Day 2: Airtable Action Queue**
- Build one master base with 16+ fields (task type, priority score, draft content, status, send method, HubSpot IDs, error log, etc.)
- Create 7 filtered views (High Impact, Follow-ups Batch, Coaching Batch, Approved Ready to Send, Failed, etc.)
**Day 3–4: AI Task Generation**
- OpenClaw reads HubSpot deals/contacts + Gmail threads + call notes
- Generates prioritized, actionable tasks with short email drafts (under 150 words)
- Tasks land in Airtable. Every task references a specific person/deal, includes "why this exists," and has a priority score.
- Daily cron: 6 AM full scan, 12 PM midday check, plus on-demand
**Day 4: Execution Loop**
- Airtable "Approved" status triggers email send via correct inbox
- Every send logs activity back to HubSpot
- Failed sends get flagged with error reason + Slack alert
**Day 5: Priority Ranking + Batch Review**
- Weighted scoring: deal value, days since activity, contact tier, email signals
- Founder approves 20+ tasks in under 5 minutes via Airtable grid view
**Day 6: ICP Signal Tasks**
- Use provided ICP criteria to analyze HubSpot data + news sources
- Generate outreach tasks (no scraping, no LinkedIn automation)
**Day 7: Guardrails + Handoff**
- Send guardrails (what can/can't be sent)
- Emergency kill switch
- Documentation + 30-min handoff call
- End-to-end stress test: 50+ tasks through full pipeline
## Success Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
By Day 7, the Founder must be able to:
1. Open one Airtable queue with all AI-generated tasks
2. Scan tasks already ranked, contextualized, and drafted
3. Approve/send/skip in batches
4. Emails send from the correct inbox
5. All sends logged to HubSpot automatically
6. Complete a full review cycle in under 20 minutes for 50+ actions
If these aren't met → project not accepted.
## What We're NOT Building (MVP Scope)
- No autonomous sending (everything requires approval)
- No pricing/proposal generation
- No legal language generation
- No LinkedIn automation or scraping
- No competitor intelligence scraping
- No team dashboards
## Timeline
7 calendar days. Fixed scope. Daily 15-min Slack check-ins required.
## Required Experience
- Deployed OpenClaw (or similar AI agent framework) on VPS
- Airtable automations + API integration
- Gmail API + Google Workspace OAuth
- HubSpot API (Private Apps, CRM endpoints, activity logging)
- n8n or Make workflow building
- Docker + Linux server admin
- Comfortable shipping fast with daily accountability
## To Apply — Required in Your Bid

2. Confirm this is a 7-day fixed-scope MVP (no scope creep)
3. Fixed price (milestone-based OK)
4. Your availability for daily Slack check-ins
5. **Mini-challenge (required):** In 3 sentences, describe how you would architect the Airtable → Gmail → HubSpot execution bridge. What automation tool would you use and why?
Bids without the mini-challenge answer will be ignored.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
