OVERVIEW
We are hiring an AI-driven Graphic Designer who knows how to create high-quality marketing visuals using advanced AI tools.
This is not a beginner Canva position. We need someone who understands prompting, realism, branding, composition, and marketing psychology.
You will be creating marketing assets for real service-based businesses. The work must look professional, believable, and aligned with brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Create AI-generated flyers for home service companies
-Design website banners and landing page graphics
-Generate realistic team action shots (technicians in the field, crews working, installs in progress)
-Create branded ad creatives for paid campaigns
-Produce social media graphics
-Generate realistic field photos of specific roles (plumbers, HVAC techs, painters, contractors, etc.)
-Match uniforms, trucks, logos, and environments to specific companies
-Refine AI outputs inside Photoshop or other editing software
-Deliver print-ready and digital-ready assets
REQUIREMENTS
-Strong experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, etc.)
-Ability to write advanced prompts and iterate fast
-Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and hierarchy
-Ability to create realistic, trustworthy visuals (not obvious AI stock images)
-Understanding of branding and consistency
-Fast turnaround time
-Ability to take direction and execute
BONUS
-Experience designing for home service companies
-Understanding of direct-response marketing
-Experience creating paid ad creatives
