I'm building a media-driven brand and launching a podcast and digital products, and I'm looking for a highly capable Kajabi-savvy Online Business Manager to help build and optimize the backend of my business.
This is not a basic VA role.
I need someone who understands funnels, automation, launches, integrations, and digital product infrastructure — and can confidently implement systems inside Kajabi.

Scope of Work
Kajabi Setup & Funnel Building
Build and optimize sales funnels inside Kajabi
Set up pipelines and product delivery
Connect Stripe and payment systems
Create checkout flows
Configure landing & sales pages from scratch
Email Marketing & Automations
Build automated email sequences
Tagging, segmentation, triggers
Behavior-based automation
Launch email setup
Systems & Integrations
Connect tools via Zapier (if needed)
Ensure seamless system communication
CRM optimization inside Kajabi
Backend troubleshooting
Podcast Infrastructure (If Experienced)
Assist with Kajabi podcast hosting setup
Episode publishing workflows
Automation tied to new episode releases
Analytics & Optimization
Track:
Conversion rates
Funnel performance
Email metrics
Revenue reports
Provide improvement suggestions
Who You Are
You have:
Proven experience building inside Kajabi
Set up full funnels & launches before
Experience with Stripe + integrations
Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems
Experience with Zapier / automation logic
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Strategic thinking (not just task execution)
Bonus if you've:
Launched podcasts
Worked with personal brands
Built high-converting sales pages
This Role Is NOT For:
General VAs who are "willing to learn Kajabi"
Social media managers
Customer support agents
Template installers
I'm looking for someone who has already built systems inside Kajabi.
Structure
Ongoing role
Weekly check-in (Monday planning)
Friday progress update
Slack communication
Flexible but consistent hours.
