We need a Klaviyo expert to set up our full email marketing infrastructure from scratch — properly, not with plug-and-play templates.
Scope:
10 Automated Flows:
1. Welcome Series (email capture → intro to brand → first purchase incentive)
2. Abandoned Cart (multi-step)
3. Abandoned Browse
4. Post-Purchase / Thank You
5. Subscription Reminder (replenishment timing based on product usage)
6. Subscription Cancellation / Win-Back
7. Cross-Sell (bought Product A → introduce Product B)
8. Review Request (timed to delivery, integrates with )
9. Repeat Customer / VIP
10. Sunset / Re-Engagement (inactive subscribers)
Technical Setup:
- Full Shopify Klaviyo integration
- List & segment setup (buyers, subscribers, prospects, VIPs)
- Signup form / popup integration (already installed on site)
- Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Event tracking verified (ViewProduct, AddToCart, Checkout, Purchase)
What We Expect:
- Custom designed email templates matching our brand (we'll provide brand guidelines, colors, fonts, logo, product imagery)
- All email copy written by you, tailored to our brand voice — not generic filler
- Conditional splits in flows (e.g. different messaging for subscribers vs one-time buyers)
- Preview/mockup for approval before building live
- Handover document explaining the logic, timing, and triggers for each flow
- QA and testing before going live
Timeline: 7–14 days
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
