At Robotiq, our mission is clear: Free human hands from repetitive tasks.

We serve manufacturers and physical AI solution builders with smart robotic components and ready-to-run workcells that deliver measurable results on the factory floor.

What makes our approach different? We productize automation instead of treating it as a custom engineering project. We embed intelligence directly into our hardware and software to make each task work. Our solutions are practical, scalable, and built for real manufacturing environments. They are used by tens of thousands of companies globally.

How we work and who is on the team matters. We CARE for people, acting with respect, honesty, and accountability in every interaction. We INNOVATE with purpose, simplifying complexity and creating solutions that deliver real impact. And we are ONE team—collaborating across roles, disciplines, and regions to support each other and help our customers succeed.
