Levitt‑Safety is hiring a Warehouse Associate & Parts Runner to support inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and parts delivery for our service team in Fort McMurray, AB. You'll handle receiving, stock management, pick/pack, and accurate documentation while delivering parts to customers across Northern Alberta. This safety‑sensitive role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely, accurate, and safe operations. 14/14 rotation, 6:00AM to 6:00PM.
What you Bring
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics Customer-facing experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract, as verified as part of pre‑employment checks. Forklift certification and safe operation of pallet jacks and material‑handling equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Able to meet pre‑employment requirements for a safety‑sensitive role (criminal background check; drug & alcohol testing as required by customers and company policy) Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and basic WMS/ERP function What We Offer

Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments for accuracy and quality; store inventory safely and maintain a clean, organized warehouse Pick, pack, and stage orders; complete shipping paperwork and update inventory records Delivery and Logistics
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of discrepancies Deliver parts to customers and internal locations throughout Northern Alberta; obtain proof of delivery and manage returns Load/unload vehicles safely, verify quantities, and maintain accurate delivery logs Safety and Equipment
Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely; complete pre‑use inspections. Check and maintain delivery vehicles; escalate issues promptly Follow all safety procedures and company policies; support a safety‑first culture.
