Experience
- Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance environment
Education
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Other Education and Training
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
- Pool Operator certificate is acceptable, where required
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job

- Knowledge of tools and equipment
Other Information
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Needs to have experience on grounds equipment. Sweepers, riding mowers, snow blowers and skid steers.
