About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack ( .NET & React), you will make an impact by developing and maintaining software solutions using SQL Server, C#, .NET, Azure, , and JavaScript. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality applications in a hybrid environment.
In This Role, You Will
Develop high‑quality software solutions using SQL Server, C#, .NET Framework, , and JavaScript.
Design, implement, and optimize software applications aligned with business objectives.
Use Azure cloud services to deploy, monitor, and manage scalable applications.
Build responsive and intuitive front‑end interfaces with and JavaScript.
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements.
Document development processes and maintain accurate technical records.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate applications with existing systems to enhance overall functionality.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
Travel as needed to collaborate with global teams and ensure successful project delivery.

We believe hybrid work is the way forward. Based on this role's business requirements, this position requires 3 days per week onsite in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. Regardless of your working arrangement, we support a healthy work‑life balance through our wellbeing programs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
10–14 years of experience in professional software development.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, C#, and .NET Framework.
Hands‑on experience with and JavaScript for front‑end development.
Experience deploying and managing applications using Azure cloud services.
Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model.
Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (certifications in SQL Server or Azure are a plus).
These will help you stand out
Experience integrating complex software systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tools.
Experience collaborating with global, multi‑location teams.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers.
Interest in staying current with new technologies and industry trends.

Salary And Other Compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $100,000 – $117,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
